people who think we live in a meritocracy are stupid :)

Kath Kidson is over priced twee shite

all education should be FREE

women who 'can't leave the house without make up' must need it

made up and oddly spelt names for kids basically lables them for life and not in a good way

bupcakesandcunting · 07/02/2011 20:27

You've obviously never been to a Chiquito's, Tyra Wink

Hello,

We have had several reports about this thread and wanted to say that although Mumsnet is about free speech, we are also about giving each other (as parents and as individuals from all walks of life) support and advice.

Please do bear this in mind before you post, if there's one thing all of us could do with, it's some moral support.

Please do report anything that you feel crosses the line and we will take a look.

My point is that you do not need - unless you are a vain selfish moron - a Landrover Discovery (for example) if its primary purpose is to drop 2 or 3 children at school and then go to waitrose.

"That the use of 'gay' as a pejorative word does not necessarily indicate homophobia."

no but it does indicate a level of immaturity

Alouiseg · 07/02/2011 20:35

People on Twitter are moaning about this thread!! It's one of the best ever.

Bizzare isn't it? This thread was fairly lighthearted for the few hours.
Are there a new bunch of people on, or is because it past wine o'clock?
It's all going downhill a bit...

Where do prawns feed, LeQ? I am too afraid to Google :(

I must have missed some of the more inflammatory posts because I am a bit Confused and "eh?" at a MNHQer telling us to "beeeeee-have".

noddyholder · 07/02/2011 20:38

Where is all the bad stuff it has been fairly light hearted or so I thought.

maddy68 · 07/02/2011 20:38
