The little boy (c. 5 or 6 yrs) who this afternoon walked past a screaming toddler in a buggy and as he did so put his fingers in he=is ears and gave the toddler a look of sheer horror was funny and the mother of said toddler was a misery to have given the lad such a filthy look. Boy's mother was mortified, I was PMSL at him. And yes, I was tempted to join him in the ear-plugging.
It is not necessary to say, when repeating an experience or tale, "He called her the c-word". If you are telling a tale where you need to quote someone calling someone else a cunt, just say the goddamned word. We are not infants, we do not need silly euphemisms, our ears will not explode if we hear the word cunt. The same applies to any similar expression.
Teachers who speak to parents as if the parents are in the lower fourth and covered in ink should be sacked.
