Bloody Amazon Black Friday!

Amazon are doing a 'Black Friday' (started today, finishes Fr - hence name) where each hour they flog summat off dirt cheap. I pressed BUY at 09:00:01 for Take That's new CD at £1 (for SiL) and have been "waiting in the queue" ever since...

I'm 37+3 and have been sleeping about 3 hours a night. AIBU to just go back to bed and sod the savings?!

It is a bit of a random selection of things. Earlier there was a notebook computer with, I think, couple of hundred pounds off. Lots of games and CDs and things. Some seem more bargainous than others!

I've been planning to buy the Nigella book, so if it turns out to be a fiver or so, brilliant. If it's not much of a bargain, or is something else entirely, just chuck it out of the basket again.

Chocolates are definitely a weird item to have on there!

Chocolates are great if they are super-cheap but we usually buy a big selection box to take to parents/PIL when we go for Xmas so if it's 50p then that's a present sorted. :)

Although if anyone else is thinking of bidding, its a rubbish idea, who wants chocolate!

Well done on the shaver Umami - I clicked that as well the second it popped up but was in the "queue" then it went. Oh well, it was a decent saving (£15) but not huge so will still buy anyway (though may choose to buy elsewhere just to spite Amazon!!)

Good price for the Nigella. Who in their right mind would pay £81 for that though?
