Tesco Clubcard - it's become so crap, what to spend vouchers on?

How rubbish is Tesco Clubcard now?! 😩
I used to save my vouchers up and spend them on Denby, but they’re no longer a partner. In the past I’ve also used them for jewellery bits, but that doesn’t seem to be an option anymore either.
The choice of rewards seems so poor now, unless you want a magazine subscription or to have your car washed.
Or am I missing some really good options? I’ve got about £80 in vouchers, so it’s not exactly life changing money, but I’d still like to spend it on something nice rather than just use it against the weekly shop.
What are you all spending your Clubcard vouchers on these days?

Disney+ here.

I go with the Christmas Saver. Paid out in November and generally covers the main Christmas shopping and extras.

The Asda app is worse 😒

I used mine for Cadw membership for a few years, til the DC wailed "No more castles". So I triple them now for Pizza Express, I'd not want to spend real money there.
I remember the good old days, quadruple value, I changed mine for a clinic called Skin and had months of hair removal laser treatment, saved hundreds and hundreds of pounds!

We used ours on an easyJet holidays city break to Murcia

Spaseekers everytime!

Muchtoomuchtodo · Yesterday 21:37

Railcards and paying for our delivery saver mainly.

I've just looked at that but it says : "Sorry, this Reward Partner isn't available." 😕

They are for me. I literally got some today and booked a spa.

Weirdly I can't find spaseekers in the reward partner list, but works fine by searching for them

Laurmolonlabe · Yesterday 21:42

I think you can get money off holidays or theme park tickets, I just use mine on food these days because I don't build up many vouchers any more.

JuanaSmith · Yesterday 21:44

In the days of 4x value I used them to buy diamonds at Goldsmiths. £1000 earrings for £250 vouchers and the same for a necklace. Holiday in France, new greenhouse. It was all amazing. Now I just pay for RAC membership.

And 2 years of Merlin Annual passes!

Pelaten · Yesterday 21:46

Agree that it's very poor value these days. I use mine on Delivery Saver and a Family railcard, but we still have loads left over as we do our main shop with Tesco. Most meals out are poor value as it works out same/worse than other deals, and we already had a Merlin Pass on a Black Friday deal which was better value than Clubcard. Used to get Storybox magazine but dc outgrew it (and it wasn't a great mag anyway, there are much better magazines I wanted to get but not offered on any of the Clubcard partners. Cinema would be useful but no Cineworlds near me.

SpaSeekers (deffo still available)
Although nowhere near as generous.
In the good ole days I got spa day for 3 with dinner, 1 treatment each , overnight stay and breakfast.
Now I only get Spa morning or afternoon with 1 spa treatment each. Still a nice treat and a huge choice of spas available.

I save mine up all year and put it towards the Christmas shop. You really don’t get so much value from the vouchers these days, I agree.

Yes I do this but every week from summer onward I put 20 quid on to it so by the time Christmas comes around between my own money and vouchers I’ve over 400 for the big Christmas shop. Usually does me over Christmas and new year

Mumofyellows · Yesterday 21:59

Euro Tunnel vouchers!

PumpkinSpicedFattie · Yesterday 22:02

I either get Disney + or just spend them in Tesco for their value rather than doubling for something I don’t really want.

They pop up every now and again, sometimes 3-4 times in a row. Basically spending challenges based on your spending e.g spend £25 on Fairy and get £5 in clubcard points. You pick from 10, have about 6 weeks to complete it and get a max of £50 (which would usually be about £5000 worth of spending I think!).

Becuase it’s linked to your usual purchases it’s often things you’ll be buying anyway, so don’t find I ever spend more just to get the reward! It means that usually after about 6 weeks I’ll have got an extra £50 on points, or £100 to take the kids to the safari park or something!

I agree the challenges are good when you get them but I never get anymore, I haven't had any at all this year.🤨

Wolmando · Yesterday 22:09

We get railcards and Disney+

It’s weird! I had loads last year, then not many but I’m on my second or third in a row now. I assumed they were universal, but maybe not?

OriginalPeanut · Yesterday 22:14

Do you actually save money on Eurotunnel? I looked at using mine on Stena but it takes you through a different booking system with different prices...

Davros · Yesterday 22:29

I have never seen or heard of these challenges 😠

Neither have I. Have had weekly online shops with Tesco for years.

Me neither and I’ve done my main shop at Tesco once a month for the last 35 years.
