Absolutely understandable you’re anxious re the upcoming scan @Oioiqueen and remembering how it was this time last year. Throw hormones into the mix and lack of sleep and thats quite a lot going on!
Lots of rest and TLC after todays injection and take it one step at a time.

Sounds like a few of us are struggling @FuzzyPuffling, @TeaAndStrumpets and everyone else. Gentle Hugs all round I say!

Tired, in pjs and in bed before dinner today 🙄 but I have had a busy day or two Lovely to have DS & GF (who feels very much like child no3) stay and catch up on their recent holiday with GFs family.
We managed lunch out before they headed off again so that was rather lovely. I’m shattered now but worth it sometimes! Will see DS for another night in another month so not quite as sad saying cheerio this time. I always find it hard if I don’t know when I’ll see him next!

Glad you've had a nice time with your family. It is always something to look forward to and remember fondly. I have a sort of mental greatest hits for when I can't sleep, just nice things we've all done which still make me smile.

It's always the wee small hours when the sad memories/ worries creep in, so I deliberately try to remember good things/events to make my brain change gear.

I felt slight progress today but had a few stressful things happen (only stressful to me!) and am feeling off again. It's like getting over flu - or a hangover! Time the great healer is my only hope! Too much adrenaline, shame we can't just turn it off.

Hope you are now full of the good stuff @Oioiqueen and it wasn't too bad.

A mental greatest hits… That’s a nice way of thinking of it Tea!
Sorry the stressful events set you back, stress and adrenaline just don’t mix well with ME.

Does anyone else find they waste energy worrying about being well enough to cope with things?! I do wish I could relax and enjoy the moment more. That may just be me!
