There’s a fun trend going on on TikTok atm and I’ve been thinking about what my five would be.

My five.

Eating out/takeaways

Botox

Disneyland paris

My tv bed (so much money but worth every penny)

What would yours be?

Experiences (travel, culture, events, adventures)

Comfortable everything that touches my body

Little everyday luxuries (whatever feels like it in the moment, from the really nice tea to the indulgent hand cream)

Anything that gives back time that would otherwise be spent on things I don’t enjoy (paying for cleaning is the top one here)

Edit: forgot to add number five (although it’s further up the list, really): private health insurance, no question!

PShelp · 23/07/2026 22:35

National trust membership
Zoo membership
Ocado anytime pass

My e-bike. The local bike shop found me a second hand Kolkhoff, it’s a fantastic brand I got for a bargain price and it means I’m back to cycling (I live at the top of a v challenging hill).

Alvalle gazpacho from the chiller cabinet, if you can find it. Not cheap but OMG it’s good.

Waitrose Essential Unsalted Butter.

Rose’s Lime Juice Cordial. Accept no substitutes.

Seatfrog last minute bidding for a train upgrade.

I'm with you on the Alvalle and Roses. Plus my Kindle, my Apple Watch, my gorgeous cats, Nespresso machine and M&S iced, spiced buns. Heaven.

I get Rose's in Home Bargains, so much cheaper than bigger supermarkets. It great stuff - no disgusting synthetic sweeteners.
