What's for tea tonight?

Shopping's coming tomorrow so not much of anything to be had here. I do have chicken breasts & bacon. So maybe something with those.

What are you having?

Shish kebabs, tsatziki, two salads. Apple pie. It’s my weekly cook dinner day.

Salad with tuna, cottage cheese, humous, new potatoes, beetroot and hard boiled egg. Was trying to be healthy but poured a load of olive oil over it and probably might as well’ve just ordered a pizza.

Chicken and bacon screams hunter's chicken for me. If you had bbq sauce and cheese i would just add them under the bacon after cooking the chicken a bit in the oven /airfryer . Maybe an idea for next time now.

We are at Heathrow tonight. So as is our tradition the DCs get their airport choice (Usually burgers). One of mine has anaphylactic allergies so he can't eat reliably at our layover but that is when the rest of us indulge in ramen and we pre-load him hard with all his favourite things.
