Preferring the weather relative to your birth month

Let me explain.
My mum has a theory that I'm a fan of hot weather due to being born in August.
My brother was born in December and he cannot tolerate any sort of high temperatures, therefore she believes you'll always have a preference for hot or cold weather depending on the season you were born in.
That's her anecdata based on a pool of two 😆

What's your take on my mum's theory?
Absolute bunkum or a grain of truth in it?

Holds true for me, born in February and love the winter/cold.

I think it's one of those old wives tales - a bit like the time of day you were born determines your circadian rhythms... doesn't really take into account elective births does it?! That said I was born at 6:40pm and that is really when I come alive... the early birds are welcome to the worms, but not for me thanks1

I'm September born and I absolutely love September - but that's because it is the best month of the year hands down/by a country mile/gavel.

Born in August and hate too much heat nowadays, used to love it though as a child - I guess it changed about age 30 ish

DD was born in December and is an absolute sun worshipper to the point where it's ridiculous!

My birthday was 2 days ago and summer is my least favourote season. Autumn is my favourite season

A load of rubbish. I was born in August, as was my neighbour. August is winter here and we both hate winter.

I’m a March baby and that’s probably my favourite time of the year weather wise, I don’t like the heat but I don’t really enjoy the depths of winter either.

My DS and I share a summer birthday- not twins!

She hates summer and hot weather and loves dark snuggly nights.

I thrive in summer, adore it as hot as it can be and get SAD in winter. Live in NI and was not made for endless grey rainy days.

i love the autumn - particularly an Indian summer. Can do warm days if they are followed by cool nights.

I like cold and I’m born at the end of the autumn. So that proves it.

DM has a midwinter birthday and absolutely workships hot weather. So that disproves it.

Totally tracks tbh… I’m an April baby and much prefer spring so temps around 18/19 are perfect for me…
DS is a Jan baby and he can’t tolerate anything over 23
dd is September so is fairly similar to me.

I've just had my birthday and I hate summer, I don't like being too hot I have a very severe allergy to pollen which makes me feel ill the entire time and I prefer darkness to really bright days, my favourite season is probably autumn when it's cooled a lot and I can go out again without my eyes and nose itching and streaming constantly.
