As of today no appeal has been filed on the removal of his name from the Kennedy Center, although Scrotus' butt-buddies on the board indicated they were going to do so. It wouldn't surprise me if it was filed at the last minute today. A judge would have to issue a stay so it could be reviewed and ruled on thereby delaying the removal.

I still think it's going to take specialist workers so as not to damage the marble. And I suppose they'll have to take bids per gov't regs. I have a feeling if anything happens tomorrow it'll be his name being covered over with some kind of tarping.
