No,iit's saying the way a part of your body is operating is abnormal. A brain with dementia is operating abnormally. It doesn't mean the person is abnormal. A liver full of cancer is functioning abnormally l, it doesn't mean the person is. A brain that's generating hallucinations is acting abnormally, a brain that's resulting in the person feeling constantly depressed emotionally and contemplating suicide is acting abnormally. It doesn't mean the person is. And the brain mighy do that because it's responding to trauma or changes in the gut microbiota or misfiring of neurons or physical brain damage, just as the liver is responding to genetic changes or radiation. Our whole system is cause and effect.

when you are pregnant, yes it’s still your body, your choice but you have to be okay with the risks you are putting the baby inside your body at. She obviously is, but fucking hell, there are women who won’t even take paracetamol for a headache when they are pregnant, so of course people won’t understand anyone taking risks like this.

I don’t give a shit about her choices really. But I can personally think it’s shitty to put a baby you are carrying at risk of harm from STDs and violence (I know she says she’s “protected” but it it takes one nutcase to harm her before anyone can step in).
