I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Just a question - is this a dieting thread or more of a food diary?

Anyway, I've had today:
Bowl of coco pops, full fat milk
1.5 quorn sausage rolls
Hula hoops.
Fab lolly
Few roasted peanuts
Apple
Breaded chicken in wraps with salad, coleslaw and tomatoes.
Dark choc ice.
Loads of pepsi max and sparkly water .

sourdough Brie and grapes and walkers crisps and handful nuts
tofu and fajita veg with salsa sour cream and salad

Ah - I'm not the best example.
Kicked off with trifle + banana
Frittata + salad for lunch
Dinner was pureed beetroot and minted hummus for starters, courgette + potato casserole with roasted broccoli main, pudding banana sponge with yoghurt

Tea with semi skimmed.

Ham and egg sandwich on wholemeal bread. Small amount of left over potato salad. Glass of fresh tropical juice.

HM chicken fajitas with tons of veg, tzatziki and coriander. Green salad. Guacamole and tortilla chips. M&S choc & vanilla cornetto.

home made strawberry syrup mixed with carbonated water

Porridge with blueberries and skimmed milk, portion of dates. Few cups of tea with skimmed milk. A Reese’s Nutrageous bar is looking at me and a big bag of crisps too but trying to be good..

Not the most balanced of days!

That’s what I’m having for lunch, a beany salad (the Napolina mixed bean one) plus cauliflower rice and 2 Quorn picnic eggs.

When I was out last night I had a posh burger and triple cooked chips at a naice pub plus a few double gin and tonics (malfy grapefruit) and I was starving when I arrived so had some posh salted nuts too.

Yesterday:

Lunch - salad of spinach leaves with cottage cheese, a chopped pear, pumpkin seeds and a slice of toast
Snack - skyr sprinkled with brown sugar
Dinner - salad of cold chicken, hardboiled eggs, red pepper, cold boiled potatoes, marinated anchovies, chicory, romaine and croutons; a bowl of Galia melon and strawberries, a two-finger hazelnut Kit Kat
Drinks - three cups of tea, two cans of Cherry Coke Zero, a pint of no added sugar squash, a pint of water.

Day before yesterday:

Lunch - M&S Naked Chicken Katsu Poke Bowl
Dinner - salad of cold poached salmon, king prawns, pumpkin seeds, spinach leaves, marinated artichokes and little ricotta stuffed pepper things
Snack - strawberries and raspberries
Drinks - three cups of tea, a can of Diet Coke, M&S iced cold brew latte, two cans of Cherry Coke Zero

2 slices of toast and jam

apricot

small baked potato, cheese, salad, coleslaw

small bowl of muesli

salad made of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, roasted potato, carrot, courgette, rye bread croutons, olives, toasted walnuts, chicken and bacon. Dressed with lime, honey, oil, apple cider vinegar dressing.

small serving strawberry ice cream

lots of tea
2 ice elderflower ice pops.

Lunch: Falafel, quinoa, hummus, lettuce, spinach, tomato and pomegranate with tahini dressing

half a cinnamon bagel with some butter

a pitta bread with one egg some light mayo and onion, pickled red cabbage and apple slaw and a packet of crisps

a bagel with a tin of tuna, light mayo, onion and cucumber and a packet of wotsits (didn’t eat the dinner I made)

Flat white coffee.

Cheddar and tomato sandwich on seeded bread, cocktail beetroot, small handful of pringles.

Large green salad with home made dressing, avocado, carrot sticks, hummus, green olives, 4 mini cocktail sausages, 2 small spinach and feta pastries (M&S picnic range), small piece garlic bread.

A peach and a golden kiwi.
