I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Breakfast- Nothing
Lunch- Chicken and bacon sandwich on tiger bread, hummus chips, cheese string, peperami, grapes
Snack- jellybeans, peanut M&Ms, then ice cream on waffle at Creams
Dinner- potato salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and ham.

I did eat a fruit and vegetable today...

Breakfast: Overnight oats, raspberries, walnuts, Brazil nuts and chia seeds
Lunch: Hummus, crackers, carrot, cucumber and a soya protein yogurt
Dinner: Salad with tempeh bacon, lettuce, spinach, tomato and avocado
Snacks: Dark chocolate, flapjack

Yesterday

Breakfast - Lidl ham and cheese panini from the bakery section
can of no sugar fizzy orange drink

Lunch - 2 slices toasted rye bread, tomato, cucumber, carrot, chili humus.
donut peach. mini labneh (to try - it was disgusting!).

Snack - pear & banana yoghurt

Dinner - grilled salmon, toasted pita, mixed dressed salad of cherry tomatoes, gem lettuce, parsley, broccoli, feta and toasted pin nuts.

So far today:
B: Homemade granola wth greek yogurt, raspberries and blueberries
L: Salad with halloumi and 2 chocolate malted biscuits
Dinner will be pork stir fried noodles.

scrambled eggs on sourdough toast for breakfast.
Fish finger wrap with salad for lunch.
Some strawberries, nuts and greek yoghurt - really nice strawberries that hadn't been in a fridge and gone all flavour dulled.
BBQ tonight where all bets are off.

L-meal deal (mozzarella salad wrap and little tub of guac with chips)
D- will be 2 vegan chicken salad rolls, roast seaweed and tin fruit for desert
might have a yoghurt or fruit later.
