I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Smoothie with a scoop of whey protein, semi skim milk and frozen green smoothie mix after my strength workout
Lunch is half a pot of lentil soup
Dinner will be jacket potato with tuna salad and cottage cheese
Dessert a protein rice pudding pot

leftover teriyaki tofu with sourdough tomato and sour cream , sun bite sweet chilli crisps
snack : handful of nuts and an apple ( what I really wanted was the butter fudge I bought today )
roasted cauli slices with harissa cheese and pine nuts and salad
2 coffees and a lot of water

I think dinner is chicken pita wraps

Lunch was cottage cheese with chopped apple, celery and grapes.

Dinner was a salad of poached salmon, avocado, prawns, a few scraps of smoked salmon, baby spinach leaves and toasted pumpkin seeds.

I had a pear as a snack.

Drank three cups of tea, a couple of pints of lemon squash and two Cherry Coke Zeros.

Two slices of turkey bacon and scrambled egg.
Melon
Strawberries
A small piece of smoked salmon
An apple
2 x spinach and egg muffins
A small bag of plain kettle chips.
20g of mature cheddar
Teriyaki salmon with sticky rice and a large cucumber salad
A curly wurly

I’ve not eaten enough veg today but I’ve been running around all day and just grabbed something quick when I was hungry.

Yesterday
Breakfast: Overnight oats with apple, raisins, cinnamon, walnuts and chia seeds

Lunch: : Salad with kidney beans, chickpeas, avocado, cucumber, tomato, onion and lemon dressing

Dinner: Tofu, edamame, red pepper, mushroom, ginger and garlic stir fry with rice

Snacks: Brazil nuts, ice lolly

cous cous and roasted vegetable salad with halloumi,tomatoes and avocado
beef ragu ,green salad
orange polenta cake with some whipped mascarpone
too much wine 🍷
