I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Yesterday

B sourdough toast with peanut butter and banana, espresso

L ham and mushroom pasta

S couple of crackers with houmous

D breaded chicken with a mango chutney type sauce, roast potatoes, asparagus. DH and I are on an asparagus kick right now as our local farm has just got theirs into the shop. Yum.

S Almond biscuit and sleepy tea

usual 2+ litres water

125grams of melted butter , 100g honey , 1 egg , 125g oats , 150g oat flour . 1tsp ginger , 1 tsp baking powder . Recipe will also cope with about 50g of milled seeds or similar if you want to . Makes about 12 , bake for 10-15 mins on a mid heat( aga owner sorry )

Occasionally yes. I remember being so tired when my DC was little that sometimes (esp if DH was away) I would just make the same thing for me too as him, to save cooking a separate meal. But it wasn’t for taste reasons 😆

Banana, milk & protein powder shake, plus sourdough toast with peanut butter

Smoked salmon bagel

Rice cakes with honey

Chicken thighs marinated in cajun spice & lime, air fried new potatoes, tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber

Probably a bowl of greek yogurt with raspberries and chia seeds after dinner.

Snack - chicken and pork kabanas

Dinner - corned beef hash and baked beans and slice of buttered rye bread

I had a chocolate twist for breakfast, a lunch size portion of katsu curry, then a brownie as a snack and Chinese food for dinner… 😅 reading this thread makes me think I need to eat better oopsie

Cheese roll. 3 dates. 1 1/2 chicken kebab sticks, handful of french fries and a large green salad. Normal.

Didn’t have breakfast

Lunch - chicken and quinoa salad, punnet of melon, grapes and strawberries.

Snack - kefir with flax, chia, oats, raisins, honey. Pink lady apple.

Dinner - mushroom risotto with Parmesan and rocket. Banana, raisins and walnuts. Cup of tea.
