I love these types of threads as I feel I need some accountability as I’m dieting currently and also I’m nosey and like seeing what others have.

greek yogurt,mango and strawberries with a little bit of granola

mixed salad,avocado,spicy beetroot and leftover chicken tikka

will have -
homemade pasta bolognaise
mixed salad

Natural yoghurt and frozen raspberries

Shop bought high quality burger with toasted brioche, cheddar cheese and salad

Now some more yoghurt with strawberries

breakfast, 2 boiled eggs, an orange
lunch, large mixed salad with a lot of nuts and seeds.
snack, 2 slices wholemeal toast, butter and jam, cappuccino
snack, pear
dinner, mushroom pasta, yogurt with blueberries and pecans.

Sourdough toast X2 with chocolate spread and a cup of tea.

California chicken sushi rolls and two pecan lattices.

Homemade chicken pie with potato and veggie bake (m&s) on the side.

Usually eat better, not feeling well so having a fuck it day.

i don't get how people can manage 3 meals a day I wish I could but just don’t get hungry most days

Do you not exercise or move much? I wouldn't be able to workout if I didn't eat.

I am a cleaner so constantly on the go only really sit down when the kids go to bed

@Chell2281 aye I was like that on mounjaro,made me badly, Im off it now but still very underweight, trying to eat better but just hate food now,it's a chore.
Any how, today I've been quite good, yogurt fruit seeds, nuts
More melon and grapes, cucumber and tzatziki

Today I’ve had a latte and a cheese and tomato toastie from Costa.
dinner was roast chicken, tabbouleh (home made - need to work on it as I’ve not done it before and it was too much herb) and salad.

sourdough peanut butter and mashed banana
Greek yoghurt and golden syrup

sparkling water as a treat to try and stop evening chocolate treats

I had toast with honey for breakfast (two MASSIVE [&thick!] slices, not as small as it sounds 😂)
I made protein shake made with frozen berries, vanilla protein powder, oats and kefir to have when I got back from my run.
Also went to the gym, so had a flapjack after that.
Scrambled eggs with two hash browns and two rashers of smoked streaky bacon for lunch
Dinner was salmon fillet, mashed potatoes, honey roasted carrots and broccoli & asparagus roasted with lemon zest and Parmesan.

Toasted cheese and ham sandwiches. One pear, one apple. A handful of wine gums, fruit pastilles and jelly beans. Steak and salad.

I hardly eat anymore as I’ve been really ill. I actually did well though so I’m pleased with myself.

pasta in a tomato sauce and a cut up mini pepperoni.

I think that’s what it is I see eating as a chore, never been on a diet or worried about my weight. I am not underweight or overweight.

After an early start with a strenuous hike I have been making up for it all day!

Breakfast - 2 slices of rye bread, butter and chocolate sprinkles
2 apricots, banana

Lunch - bacon, avocado, tomato, mayonnaise on rye

Snack- 2 apricots, peanut chocolate bar

Dinner - Roast pork, crackling, red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, gravy, roast potatoes

lots of tea

@Chell2281 as long as you're healthy, I made myself very ill, I understand now I have to eat even if I don't want to,so joining in on a thread like this makes me look at what I'm eating and also what others are eating and so I do.
I have to keep up with the protein so I find greek yogurt palatable, also protein ice cream . I hate all food now though,tried shakes and they make me gag to the point of vomiting so I eat, because if I don't my weight drops dramatically, mounjaro switched something in my brain permanently, I've gone from absolutely loving food and a BMI of 27,to hating it and a BMI under 18,not good.

I'm calorie counting and yesterday I had;

One slice of dark rye sourdough, 35g avocado and two poached eggs for breakfast

Banana and cup of tea as a snack/light lunch as I needed to save calories for dinner.

Dinner was Homemade KFC zinger burger using Doritos as a crumb coating, fries, corn on the cob and southern fried gravy.

1500 cals total

Kale and bean soup with pasta
Mango sorbet
2sq of chocolate

So much sugar. Will do better today!

Hardly “awful” unless you’re obsessive. You got some ok carbs, some vitamins from blueberries and kale, nothing too outlandish or total junk.

for some people this would be a really good day.

try to keep things in perspective.
