across and kicked her while she was doing it - all while the poor bystander guy is on the floor behind them with life changing injuries

I know I felt so bad for him. Why wasn’t anyone screaming call an ambulance?!

I did also wonder why she was driving - the article says for charged for driving too. She would have known she wasn’t going to be capable of driving after.
