wtf!

They got into a massive fight, Gabrielle gets in her car and runs Klaudiaglam over, killing her and injuring two others.

As a Londoner my first thought was "who drives into Oxford St area...parking would be a nightmare"

This is what London does to you.... genuinely sad for the families involved.

Really? That was your first thought "as a Londoner" ?

seazon · Today 14:11

I’m also confused as to why her car was even there. Why did she have her keys with her? Such an odd scenario. Most people would get Ubers.

I don’t agree that this is what ‘London does to you’. It’s not like this is happening all the time is it.

Didn’t she drive down from Manchester “to put someone in hospital”

seazon · Today 14:16

Oh yeah.

She sounds just lovely.

Does anyone know why they were all wearing ball
gowns?

As a Londoner I think it’s quite common for lots of people to drive at night and parking isn’t an issue at night either?!

what strikes me about this is it’s everyday fighting outside the pub for men. People are so shocked women have done the same

It’s very much not your normal “fight on a Friday night” outside the pub

the women ran over an then reversed and ran over the women again, then tried to assault her further even though she was leaching blood and unconcious, and has probably killed her

hardly your Friday night rumble

Literally no one drives to a club on Oxford street at night... uber there uber back.

Even celebrities have chauffeurs

I definitely drive into london in the evening so do lots of others - no congestion charge and mostly free parking

some of my friends do too

anyway the women was on a mission to “put someone in hospital”

they aren’t really celebs with chauffeurs category - they are only fans Dubai type escorts as pp said

they were in soho…plenty of cars around

Itsmetheflamingo · Today 14:48

All my friends drive into central London for nights! Right from university 25 years ago to today. I used to live centrally so it was only a quick drive to get around.

Different people do different things you know. Why wouldn’t you rather than pay/ book a hassle smelly Uber?!

Not as a regular event - this level of attack is rarer and would always be reported in the media “attempted murder” as opposed to Friday night fight

they also weren’t at a pub but black tie. It wasn’t your falling out of pub fight

I think everyone knows how vicious women can be - haven’t seen one comment surprised it’s women

and doesn’t her speedometer show her doing 82mph I’m assuming on a motorway?

Yes I wasn’t sure if it was km though..

One punch killings? There was a “revenge with a car” incident in central London Xmas day which didn’t get as much attention, and one on 24 hours in police custody year in Dunstable.

someone I went to school with is in prison for life for a pub fight

In the video we see an altercation occurring between a group of women Klaudia isn’t a part of. One gets into a car and attempts to drive off while the others are leaning into the car window still trying to carry on a physical fight.
I don’t know how the reckless driving could be attempted murder- how could the driver have predicted that Klaudia would walk right in front of the car in that split second? It all happened so quickly. She also hit the man with the bike - what reason would she have had to hit him? I think the two casualties, Klaudia and the man were in the wrong place at the wrong time. I’m just saying what the footage shows. Obviously Rielle deserves to be convicted of a/some crime(s) in relation to what she’s done but I’m dubious about the reporting on this one.

I am interested in this too as on the face of it attempted manslaughter would be the appropriate charge (it's more than reckless driving as it's clearly an area with lots of people in it and a near certainty of hitting someone). If it's attempted murder it suggests Klaudia was involved in the fighting and was targeted or part of a group being targeted.

Those are still not regular weekly pub fights

i think men and women alike are aghast at this level of violence

yes obv you’d be in prison if you did what your mate did

It’s attempted murder because she started the car, bumped slightly into Klaudia, stopped for a second and then turned her steering wheel INTO the direction of Klaudia and stomped on the accelerator. It’s clear to see it wasn’t an accident.

edited to include… she then reversed over her, got out of the car and continued to assault her. honestly anyone questioning whether it was intentional is beyond me.

I’d attempted manslaughter a charge? Surely manslaughter is “accidentally” causing someone’s death or you didn’t plan to do it which means it can’t be attempted?

I would’ve thought GBH but if she passes away (let’s hope not) the charge would have to change

I guess the police have had the charge authorised so they must have solid ground

I’m wondering how many pub fights you’ve witnessed tbh. Really not uncommon for people to be killed or receive life changing injuries.

the passer by being hurt is less common though, tbf

But that could still be GBH with intent. GBH with intent would still be deliberate/intentional. The question is was she intentionally trying to severely hurt her or was she intentionally trying to kill her?

I am interested in this because I know two people who were both killed in similar attacks (different incidents), both times the perpetrators were charged with manslaughter and not murder. So I’d hazard a guess if the victims had lived the attackers wouldn’t have been charged with attempted murder but with GBH with intent instead. I can remember a lengthy discussion about the legalities of it and that’s what the police said. I also personally know a third case where the perpetrator was charged charged with both murder and manslaughter and went to crown court still facing both charges, in that trial the judge directed the jury to find the defendant not guilty of murder because they said there wasn’t enough evidence regarding intent.

Itsmetheflamingo · Today 15:29

I think getting in the car in such a crowded space and driving at people- then reversing over- is something it could be argued she had time to reflect on and not do before she actioned it. Which would support a murder/ attempted murder charge

For arguments sake… if I should (in theory) get in my car and think… “I’m going to hit that person with my car” I don’t feel as though I want to hurt them, I definitely feel as though I want to kill them… otherwise, I would just hurt them, right?

but to hit them with my car, and then reverse over them, and then continue to hit them and kick them afterwards- definitely trying to kill them.

decorationday · Today 17:47

Not just hit them with your car, but pin them between your car and a bike rack. Before flattening both.

News sites are reporting that Klaudia’s mum has posted an update saying that there is still hope and asking people to pray for her daughter 🤞

Yes, she did get out the car and tried to continue assaulting the person she had just run over. Absolutely horrific.

Good grief I didn’t see that. I saw her reverse and the video showed people going to help the victim.
If she got out the car and went to attack her on the ground that’s pure evil.
