Rumours on social media are that she’s died, no idea if it’s true….mainstream media aren’t reporting this yet.

Yep. She was in court this morning charged with attempted murder.

Anyone online can claim to be her friend. I don’t believe the people who are saying she is dead. If she was the charge would not be attempted murder

I was surprised they charged her with attempted murder and not gbh with intent to be honest. It’s a very hard charge to prove. They have to prove a specific intent to kill which you don’t even have to prove for a murder charge. If the victim doesn’t die then I’d expect the charge to be downgraded.

How dare that violent, jealous, unintelligent individual the heart hand gesture in court when she is accused of attempted murder and has destroyed lives of 2 people. It shows how fake and devoid of any reality these so called 'influencers' are. Not a lawyer but this sort of provocation should be treated as contempt of court.

The reversing is defo attempted murder. She wasn’t even sorry to hit her the first time. She used her hand to put her gear stick in reverse and run over her body again. Can you say that was spur of the moment?

Y9u could also see her pulling her about as she was unconcious, possibly causing more spinal injuries. Just horrible, however the whole lifestyle just seemed so awful, walking round full of silicone and posting inane videos for likes.

The point of law will be around were her deliberate actions an intent to kill or just an intent to injure? It’s not about spur of the moment or not. It’s about the intent behind the actions.

For a murder charge to be proven you don’t have to prove intent to kill, but for an attempt murder you do.

Can you intentionally run over someone without trying to kill them?

100% yes. She can try and argue that she just meant to knock her down/hurt her. Obviously if she was screaming “I’m going to kill you” at the time that would go against her. The fact she was over the limit while in some ways is an aggravating factor may also be a mitigating factor when it comes to proving intent. CPS would be much better off going for a gbh with intent charge, more chance of making it stick and can be the same sentence. However if the victim dies it would definitely be a murder charge. Hopefully she pulls through.

The Liverpool football parade driver was never charged with attempted murder and he ran a lot of people over. Had a variety of charges inc gbh with intent and got 21 years.

edited - he was initially arrested for attempted murder but charges were reduced. Police said it was because of the near impossibility of proving attempted murder.
