Bags for Life, mostly full of clothes waiting to be sold on Vinted or general crap! They’re everywhere! And piles! I need Stacey Solomon!

China and glasses
Bathrooms
Furniture

We bought a lot of (cheap) 1960s china for our wedding 10 years ago and still have most of it. DH likes to use the 'correct' glass for each drink so we have pint glasses, highball glasses, whisky glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, sherry glasses, shot glasses - and the glasses I have had for over 30 years which we use for water every day.

We have 3 bath/shower rooms - and there are 2 of us. 1 is an ensuite, another is the family bathroom upstairs, and when we had a small extension put on 6 years ago for a utility room we decided to make it a shower room so that we could future proof our house.

We have quite a lot of furniture, but it is all used - except maybe the sofa table which is not used much. But it is a family piece and quite a valuable antique, and I love it, so we're not getting rid of it!

Food, cupboards, fridge and freezer bursting. I have food issues and get anxious if there is a chance I can’t get food or that I will be hungry.

Mugs. We have a mug that’s been bought for one of us every occasion imaginable it drives me insane. Hair too EVERYWHERE I have 3 DDs with beautiful long hair but I find it everywhere balls of it come out in my washing, my poor Hoover looks at me (it’s a Henry) and I swear it’s rolling its eyes.

BoarBrush · 06/04/2026 20:47

Switches. Random switches everywhere that's for bugger all. Our living room cupboard has six that are all for nothing.

Also 9 of those wee bt phone boxes randomly.

And millions of random wires attached to the house.
