Love it !

A Ryvita , marmite , and Longley cottage cheese . Food of the gods .

Other than on hot buttered toast , what's your go it must have with marmite food .

Mmmm! Marmite on toast with grilled tomatoes on top, just fight for munching late evening whilst watching a film.

LOVE IT!!! Don’t live in UK and it’s hard to get here so I have to ensure I always have a supply! Bring pack heaps on uk visits.

Spoonful mixed in with bolognaise sauce.

Cheesy pasta (Nigella)

Homemade potato wedges (have to slacken with a drop of hot water to make it coat the wedges rather than blobbed on)

Roast potatoes (as above)

Love it! Best on hot buttered toast, but I also use a dollop of it to add depth to certain savoury dishes and gravies. Works beautifully in the gravy I use for my inauthentic but delicious vegetarian version of poutine or veggie cottage pie.

Hate it.
It's wasn't a thing in Scotland. When I visited my English XMiL she gave me marmite on toast.
I'd never tasted anything so disgusting and had to spit it out 🤑

Spread thicker than normal on thick white bread, baked beans and a smattering of cheese grilled on top.

Marmite and cream cheese on corn crackers.

A teaspoon of marmite in a gravy is nice. Either gravy for your roast or a stew. I like marmite sandwiches on white bread, marmite on toast or butter & marmite on crackerbread.

Love it, it’s a necessity to me, an entire food group of its own ! I loath Vegemite though, tastes sour, which is how I suppose Marmite tastes to the haters.

Marmite XO and Truffle is no longer available in the UK.

My Ex liked marmite & peanut butter together & whilst I live both I don't like them together 💁🏻‍♀️

Yes a few of you have also said nice with peanut butter , agree .
Also nice in a sandwich with actual salted peanuts as well ( I'm admitting to being weird ! )

Can’t stand it. But I do struggle with the vast majority of very concentrated flavours. I don’t mind it IN things, but I could never just spread it on toast or whatever.

Fucking LOVE Marmite.

Everybody else in my family hates it, so we never had it the house growing up and I don’t think I even tasted it until I left home to go to university. I ought to sue my parents.
