Do all council tips now require advance booking for tip runs?

Does everyone have to do this now?
I'm trying to declutter and in the past would have just done tip runs as and when but now you have to book an appt in advance.
Tbh I'm not surprised fly tipping is a major issue in some parts of our county!

Ours has needed ID and proof of address for a while but very soon will require vehicle registration and you will only be allowed a limited number of trips each year. Absolutely crazy and it's no wonder some people choose to fly tip.
