Does anyone have a table in their shower?

We have a new, walk-in shower. I love it but... I have to walk out to get my glasses to go back and clean the glass down. So I'm thinking I need like a mini coffee table that's waterproof and can stand in the far corner of the shower. A "shower table" is clearly a useless search term as is a coffee table as it needs to be water/rust proof.

Anyone else have this dilemma? What do you use?

Our bathroom fitter built a niche into ours where we can stand shampoo etc.
I guess it's too latter do that now. If it's all new do you really want a table. There are other most aesthetically pleasing options as others have mentioned.

My eyesight's pretty bad, but I manage to squeegee down my shower doors without putting my glasses on. They'd only get foggy anyway if they were in the shower with me.

Why don't you get something you can stick on to the tiles/wall like a soap tray/shower caddy/toothbrush mug specifically for putting your glasses in? Much more practical than a table. Confused

This! Loads of suction caddy’s that would fit the bill and not be as odd as a plastic stool or table in the shower. Also not a tripping hazard and won’t pool water.

I don’t clean it, but I squeegee it everytime. Heavily reduces the limescale buildup.

Isn’t that why toilet seats have lids? 🤣

Or just put your glasses on the bath mat, and you can bend down and pick them up when you need them.

After Ive trodden on them. Yes!

I'm going to add suction hooks to my holiday packing list. I usually take travel size/sample sachet toiletries on holiday with me and hate there's nowhere to sit them in the shower of most hotels. A bit of unravelled nylon shower puff stretched between 2 suction hooks and you have a mini-hammock.
