Darras Hall Estate had lots of smaller houses on big plots of land that were sold, demolished, and had big monstrosities built instead. This is probably what's currently being built on a previously demolished plot.

For some reason this estate is seen as desirable to new money, footballers etc, but there are much nicer places to live nearby!

It drives me potty when estate agents cba to put a floorplan on for anything other than a 2up-2down with a bathroom very obvious on the back downstairs... quite why 'Brunton Residential' think they'd be earning their commission from this woeful half-arsed effort at "marketing" a property is beyond me!

Honestly I've seen a lot worse. Although the write-up makes it sound like the Sultan of Brunei's palace.

Picture 8 shows cars and traffic cones outside the window, and 31 (?) a huge heap of building site sand. So the outside has been tidied up with AI.

I can imagine Wayne Rooney living there…
