…what would you want guests to do with ‘below the line’ skid marks?

Had overnight stay this weekend with some friends and I felt terrible leaving a mess but there was nothing available. No cleaning products or toilet brush in bathroom.

I would pour some warm water and hand soap from the sink down the loo and then flush again. That usually works well

We don’t have toilet brushes in our house, (or skid marks either)

I once stayed at a friends house overnight after an event - toilet brush there - with debris on - and a very horrible mouldy shower curtain, the sheets on the bed were interesting g too- I ended up sleeping on my coat -was not what I had expected at all
