I want to work from home!

Just that really, how does anyone manage it?

Everytime I look for home based jobs, I just get bombarded with MLM or survey sites. It’s a bloody minefield!

I work in insurance

Tbh the job is that bloody boring I think they have to let us WFH otherwise everyone would quit 😂

But yes, WFH is the goat

A lot of the time, WFH are advertised as hybrid

They basically need to see you show willing, but realistically it's only 1 day per week in the office or whatever. But they'll only tell you that at the interview

I work at a bank. Many are mostly remote. (I am in office once a week)

I found a WFH job on indeed (you can filter to search for remote work, though it's not always accurate). Would you consider setting up a business you can do from home? I work for myself now as a breakup and divorce coach.

Why do you want to wfh? I work from home, as do all staff. It’s fully remote. You need a degree, usually a masters too, and preferably a foreign language. It’s full time only and is shift work, including bank holidays, weekends and evenings. It’s not at all flexible. You work set hours and can’t nip out to pick the kids up from school and then catch up in the evening.

What do you do please?
I currently work from home but I am very unfulfilled and hugely underpaid. Been looking for something that uses my skills and isn't as boring (and doesn't leave me skint!) for what seems like forever.
