A pro Trump thread to balance the 154 anti Trump threads!

Thought I’d be brave and start a pro-Trump thread for a change, after all, there are so many anti-Trump ones , we need some balance!
I even tried commenting on an anti-Trump thread today… and wow, just kept being told to go away, my comments were not well received. Honestly, I feel honoured to feel as if I have been officially deported, what an achievement!😂

Depends whether you believe anything RJ claims, really.

I remember from other threads they’ve appeared on being suspicious that they might be on the (very distasteful) windup.

Asylum seekers were always supposed to be processed at detention centers.

Biden let them stay in the community while processing their cases, giving them work permits … obviously this was going to be a massive draw and millions flooded the border in just four years (actually more like three due to Covid)

That five-year-old’s family was from Ecuador. They have zero basis to stay. They were always going to have to be ‘rounded up’ and deported once their case fails.

"Once their case fails"

They were rounded up with their case in progress.

OK I admit that am shocked and saddened by the Obama video that Trump posted today. He should not have done that. It looks like he is getting angrier and angrier because he is finally getting proof of what the Obamas and other Democrats have been up to.

However, the more I find out about the Obamas the more I am shocked. Today I found out that during his presidency, Barack Obama approved the use of 563 drone strikes that killed approximately 3,797 people in Pakistan, Somalia, and Yemen. Of those 117 civilians. Nobody ever seem to mention this. So all those people died because of his orders. Incredibly sad.

It looks like he is getting angrier and angrier because he is finally getting proof of what the Obamas and other Democrats have been up to.

Can you elaborate?

So you are against cheaper rents? Weird flex tbh. I mean, I’m a landlord too but I wouldn’t actually mind taking a slight hit for the betterment of my country.

‘Weird flex’ might be a good new username for you, if you ever decide it expedient to create some distance between yourself and the comments you’ve made on here.

BoyHowdy · 07/02/2026 17:31

RingoJuice · 07/02/2026 09:14

What are we supposed to do once that family’s asylum claims are rejected?

Not round them up and deport them?

I hope your policy isn’t ’it’s okay to deport failed asylum seekers, unless they have kids’

Oh Ringo, rounded up, come on now, don’t be shy. You’ve been so clear on what you mean on here. I don’t think Hitler needed to say he rounded up people now, did he? He owned it. Kristi owns it. Trump owns it. Don’t let your side down.

“Round up”. To collect together. To concentrate

in camps for example

Yes. Without access to due process, with legal rights infringed. To put it mildly.

DuncinToffee · 07/02/2026 19:04

@RingoJuice Is this the kind of 'rounding up' you have in mind?

ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man “purposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.”

What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldn’t remember he had a daughter.

If you read the info on trumps 'cheaper' medications its only better if you can pay upfront

Thats how cash payment works. Whenever I’m in the states and need medical care, I pay in cash, it often works out cheaper (though I have emergency care insurance for obvious reasons)

To say bezos is not still heavily involved in Amazon as the main stock holder

Ok but you were completely unaware that he is not the CEO and holds less than 10% of the stock. So maybe sit this one out.

You are conveniently ignorning the billions of dollars that immigrants bring into the economy with no reciprocal benefits

No benefits except emergency medical care and free schooling for their kids, SNAP benefits if they are on TPS or refugee status. Then they send billions in remittances to their home country anyway.

You dont appear to have too much issue with the immigrant in the white house though...or are ice going to chuck her and her offspring out too

Hmmm? Who are you referring to?

So you can afford healthcare insurance and pay upfront...Lucky you...as ive said many, through no fault of their own cannot. As much as you might want to rave about the virtues of trumprx it doesnt cut it for millions of Americans...but you've established that there's only one person youre really concerned about.

Bezos has enough leverage to limit some of the shit happening...his focus might be diversifying but to suggest he is disinterested with no influence, just partying his life away on a yacht is absurd.

'When youre in the states' ...so you are an immigrant in us or elsewhere. Hypocracy at its finest.

The immigrant in the Whitehouse...is there a choice? I suppose theres always Usha. But urely all immigrants should be treated the same in your world, Usha might be a bit more legit than ...' meleana' and barron... it seems obvious her 'einstein' visa is a stretch....maybe it should have been an epstein visa for which she is likely more qualified as a good friend of his. Even trumps origins are Scottish and German...interestingly his own grandfather left germany to avoid conscription...the apple didnt fall too far from the tree there. Ole bone spurs living up to the family trait....so much for his 'patriotism'.

"Once their case fails"

They were rounded up with their case in progress.

They always should have been processed in a government facility, as was the practice prior to Biden. Releasing asylum seekers into the community (and having to round them up and deport them when the majority of those claims fail) was always going to end in disaster.

Are you going to address the issue that they are being rounded up as you call whilst their claim is in process?

Concentration camps are being prepared in Texas

RingoJuice · 08/02/2026 11:48

Cash payment is expressly not using insurance. It works out cheaper than insurance for many people actually, and it’s good to have that choice!

Bezos has enough leverage to limit some of the shit happening...his focus might be diversifying but to suggest he is disinterested with no influence, just partying his life away on a yacht is absurd

You haven’t even bothered to learn who the new CEO is. Whatever.

Asylum seekers should be held in these facilities while their claims are heard (and usually rejected). Again it was the practice prior to Biden

They can give up and leave whenever they wish. You think they would considering how few have a legitimate basis.

'they should have been kept in camps' is not an answer but whataboutery/deflection

They have a legal claim, why are they rounded up?

Because their claims can also be heard at a government facility? There’s no reason to leave them in the community for years only to end up deporting them anyway. May as well expedite the process.

Ecuadorians of course will have no case

You really do not want to answer the question why people with legal cases and rights are being rounded up and why you are applauding it.

They shouldn't be there isn't a great defence

Tinytimmy123 · 08/02/2026 12:29

You are still a foreigner in another land. Maybe as an expat you'll get rounded up and thrown in a jail/camp because you have a different accent, religion, or colour, leave you there for a few months while they decide if youre legal or not, might even give you an added bonus of beating you up or assaulting you while they decide.

I’m of the opinion that if an asylum seeker even wants their case considered, they should live in these facilities while their case is being heard. Otherwise they should be dismissed.

You would eliminate a huge ‘pull’ factor which is the ability to work while waiting for your claims to be heard, which can take years by the time you get a final removal order. Obviously this has been abused to no end.

I’ve lived in China. I’ve known people deported for various reasons, sometimes their own faults, sometimes government whims. (Usually something they did, like work on the wrong type of visa).

You always run risks, everyone in a foreign country on a visa knows this. Just depends how much risk you are willing to take.

just another example of what RJ is supporting

These ICE thugs must have no soul...imagine hearing this type of crying agony from a child & still ripping away their mom.

And doing this day in & out.

May their dreams be haunted by these cries & a Nuremberg style system of justice await them VERY SOON!
