I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole watching The Dog House on YouTube which I love but nearly every advert is for the Google Pixel 10 which compares iPhones to Ice Cream and it sings Sugar Town by Nancy Sinatra which is lodged in my head now and doing my head in. I’d never get a Google phone now, argh!

All the betting adverts on Amazon Prime, every add break there’s at least one, Amazon are trying to turn the nation into gambling addicts.

The Dior advert - What would you do for love? As if jumping into the sea is any big deal.

How about being a lone mum and getting through surgery/chemo/radio, while continuing to work full time and making sure my young ds knew nothing about it.

Or a mum I know who has supported her disabled son, fought the LEA to get him into appropriate education and held everything together while being financially abused buy her git of a husband.

Dior doesn't have a clue the everyday feats we all manage without a full makeup crew on standby and air brushing out any inconvenient flaws. Real mums are brilliant. 🤗

Comes from my childhood when I would have been mortified to see anything like this on tv whilst sitting with family. I just want my privacy. ( I know, I know - just our body, shouldn't be thinking that this should all be private, but I do).

The john lewis one,the dad and son look uncomfortable make me feel uncomfortable and for some reason it feels passive aggressive like they dont have a good relationship but oh dad reminiscing about a tune makes it alright.crap.the m&s dawn french one,read the room for once m&s,shes an antisemitic only backtracking after being slaughtered online

The John Lewis one with him playing the song has such a creepy guy in it and reminds of old government ads for ‘ don’t drink and drive ‘ ! It has a weird feel to it.
