Poor love was upset that I wasn’t driving through the oncoming traffic at one of those width restrictors where we did not have priority. Thoughts and prayers for his blood pressure.

Dearie me. One once screamed I was a fucking bellend for parking perfectly legally, and with signals, because it caused him a nanosecond's delay. To be fair, I did have the temerity to be driving at school run time and possess a female body.

I found the insult quite amusing. Not quite right that one.

@Moretwirlsandswirlsit was actually so close behind me I couldnt see the driver, or the number plate. I don’t think there was a company logo as I definitely would have called them. I did give a cheery wave as he drove off shouting tho

Glad you’re not shaken up by it, but it might be a different story for the next person he shouts racist abuse at who would quite likely be non-white 😢

@LilyCanna yes that is a very fair point. TBF I’ve had my share of being called Paddy, Mick, people imitating my accent etc so I'm not totally unaware sadly.

I sometimes have trouble deciphering words that have letters replaced with asterisks, and so I'm assuming he called you a 'Pink Cake'

I was crossing the road at a zebra crossing a few weeks ago (was on my way to work)

A bus was turning right a few yards away from me as I stepped out (it's the way the road was built and the markings on the road are clearly laid out so he had to stop,check and then move away,but he didnt stop,he tried to slam his way around the corner before he saw me)

The driver leaned out of the window to scream 'look where your going,you fucking whore!'

Must be so tiring being so wound up and angry at half past 8 in the morning

I mean how dare a woman force him to slam the brakes on his bus as he wasn't watching for women crossing the road (and having the right of way)

He threatened to get out of the bus 'to give me a slap' but thought better of it (for some reason) and drove off

My favourite one was when I used to go cycling.
A male driver cut across me on a corner, then shouted "no wonder you wear that fucking crash helmet"

Often received insults from men when cycling alone but never when I was cycling with DH.

Blooming eck there’s an epidemic of angry little men out there. Or should I say silly little women who have the temerity to be living their lives in the way of these titans 🙄

Always in such a rush to get there then spend the day with constant tea and fag breaks, before rushing home again at 4pm. How they earn a decent living I do not know!

I was called a f ing bitch for not being able to park my car in an awkward space. I gave him the space. He couldn’t park in it either. Oh how I laughed as he sped off in a haze of exhaust fumes and testosterone

Oh bless his rising blood pressure. Probably a Virgin who lives with his mum. I doubt he has seen a C outside of a film.

Here in my area of Scotland its the women drivers that are angry and stupid. I find the men way more courteous.

Not shouted at but just very passive aggressive bus driver asking me in a salty tone to move back from the front of the bus because he couldn't see out of the side of the bus to line up with a barrier to 'park' 😂😂. He clearly could and he was just being an arse for no reason. God love Yorkshire bus drivers

I was on the motorway and the traffic in front stopped pretty suddenly. I stopped in time with no major drama. Unfortunately the man in the car behind me was driving so fast and so close that he had to slam his brakes on with a squeal and change lanes to avoid ploughing into the back of me.

His face went puce when he was yelling and gesticulating at me, whilst I sort of swept my arms across in front, indicating the stationary traffic. I think I said (not that he could hear me) ‘where did you want me to go?’. His wife (I assume) just stared straight forward as if she was used to this and I felt so sorry for her having to live with that level of anger and self righteousness.

I've recently been shouted at and fist waved by a women driving her car out of a car park space and driving the wrong way down a one way car park . I dared to be driving in the right direction .

Did you complain to the bus company?
