Donald Trump has commuted the sentence of George Santos, according to his Truth Social post.

Is it weird that I've felt a bit sorry for Santos? He's clearly very mentally unstable and unwell but the Republicans were happy enough use him when they need him despite that.

I have just seen drone footage of the NYC No Kings. As far as the eye can see does not do it. It is far far more than that.

I have family members at several of the marches large and small.
Hopefully US citizens will start to show their anger more
and get their elected members to stop being paid to do nothing
while the Constitution is being ignored.

I’ve recently been seeing and hearing people talk about how Americans are sleep-walking into a dictatorship and don’t appear to realise the danger to democracy the current presidency presents. Anthony Scaramucci mentioned it in a recent TRIP US, as if it was a novel thought. We’ve all been seeing it for almost a decade on these threads, and we are surely not the only ones?

I hope all the demonstrations pass off peacefully.
