And on another note. DD is at the University of Chicago. It certainly seems that all hell is breaking loose, thanks to ICE. Not one single piece of communication from the university to the students or parents about policy or what they're doing, either in terms of allowing ICE on campus or protecting students.

I'm feeling like they're being derelict in their duty to the community, both their students and the larger one. Very annoyed by this.

Thanks, she's fine. We're resisting the urge to tell her to please not go to any protests. She's not in an at-risk demographic, but I worry they're not being too selective at going after protesters.
