I see there is another Amanda Knox series out on Hulu/Disney. I've always followed the case closely. But I have mixed feelings. At first I thought Amanda was involved in the murder but as time has gone on, there isn't a shred of proof (from a DNA pov) against her. But should she continue to make money from the case? I feel deeply sorry for Meredith's family. As her sister Stephanie said, Meredith is the 'forgotten victim' in this. I understand she did spend 4 years behind bars and wants to be vindicated - and she does help other innocent victims who have been jailed - but I feel it's too much now and that Meredith is being lost in it all. What do you think?

What is it you think is an insult, calling you a liar? Because I've never seen anything suggest that's against guidelines, especially not when someone has lied.

I'm also interested to hear more about this 'stalking'- has she followed you elsewhere, PM'd you? If so, that's obviously wrong. But I'd be careful about throwing that kind of term about if it's simply about continuing to reply to you on one thread. I'm not sure I'd use the term manic either, that's quite a can of worms to open.

RS didn’t get half the negative press that AK did. Plus, his family were wealthy, so he didn’t have to worry about legal fees. AK’s family are not rich, so they were left deeply in debt. I have no issue with AK making money out of this.
I followed the case closely at the time, and I even wrote to both of them in prison. I had no doubt they were both innocent. The prosecutors theory was so far fetched, it was laughable. Plus how does one participate in a bloody murder and manage to eradicate every single fingerprint/evidence in that room? Only one perpetrator, and that was RG.
The over sexualised headlines about AK were abhorrent back then…all that ‘foxy knoxy’ crap, and false rumours about buying sexy lingerie the next day.

Even if we were to take the argument that he got comparable coverage to Amanda at it very highest, the fact that he wrote a book about the experience means your argument that he's behaved better than her is moot. If one of them is to be criticised for 'cashing in' so is the other.

My last post on the matter… I don’t think anyone who lies about the existence of evidence then refuses to acknowledge their lie has the moral high ground when someone else calls them out on their lie.

It's distasteful that people continuously criticise a wrongfully convicted person who was also a victim in this situation.

But then that's part of the reason that she can earn so much money from it, if the 'guilters' and those who criticise her would leave her alone her earning potential from media would be far less!
