I listened to the latest episode of the Trump 100 podcast this morning and have to say I have never felt such hopelessness at the state of the world, or disgust with a fellow human being as I did towards Trump. He's not the worse person to ever walk this earth, but it's the combination of ignorance, arrogance and threat that fills me with despair.

I’m finally getting round to watching The Handmaid’s Tale (dh has watched it but I said I wanted to read the book first but I’ve never got round to doing so ). Timing is unfortunate as the parallels with what is going on in real life are uncomfortable to watch As a result - and as a woman - I can usually only thole watching one episode at a time.
