The stereotype is of sweary, determined strong people who don’t suffer fools, in my experience.

Considering what his existence is costing Ukraine, the people of Gaza, the splitting up of families and innocent people detained by ICE in alligator alcatraz, and his tariff effect on increasing our COL, I do care very much about what Trump does.

I've never encountered the stereotype of Scots being cave dwellers ... until you mentioned it, and personally find the English even more sweary than Scots (well except for our now departed Glaswegian comedian who started the whole "Trump is a cunt" thing in 2018 ).
