Re: I sent a cross message onto the family group instead of directly to my husband . Deleted now, but l feel so ashamed and mortified … reached out to a couple of members to apologise but no response.. it may or may not blow over but please tell me your experience of sending messages to the wrong group so l don’t feel so alone in my stupidity …

My husband did the good old knocked his camera on while naked on a teams call 😆😆
He was lying in bed on his side, in a panic he couldn't work out how to turn it off and threw his laptop across to room. He didn't live it down for months.

Yep, I've done that, but worse it was to the mum's FB group so I couldn't even delete it. Died of shame.

DH is in a group chat for a kids sport and one of the mums accidentally sent a photo of her in a very compromising position. She then deleted it only for herself so every had to see it but no one could remove it!

One of my sons friends sent him a video of her pulling faces but when you turn the volume up her mum is in the background shouting how huge her poo was and how much its stinks after being constipated for days 😆😆😆
I would love to tell her but I can't do that to her.

I once received a whatsapp from my friend that said 'fire up the vibrator I am on the way round and I am horny as fuck' 😂

She meant to send it to her boyfriend and accidently sent it me. I was laughing so hard because I knew the mistake. I replied 'I am not sure I am ready to take our friendship to that level 😂'

I worked with a guy who had been confirming interviews by text. His wife lived overseas. At bedtime he texted “love you, sleep tight xx” to one of the interviewees instead of his wife. She was a no show.

I'd have styled it out with your manager and said 'Sorry, needed a good excuse to get out of going, hope you don't mind I blamed you'

I had a message from someone I was in a meeting with asking me to bring down his tea which he'd left in the kitchen. As I was 80 miles away, unfortunately I was unable to help. As it took some time for me to notice, he must have been pretty thirsty!

Ok so l wasn’t avoiding saying my balls up as it’s quite boring but it was a group chat where some members of the family were complaining that an elderly unwell relative wasn’t answering the phone to them and my message ( l thought to my husband ) was “ why are they expecting her to pick up the phone to them . …she’s not out on shenanigans, she’s in a hospital bed probably sleeping .. maybe visit her ? ” I sort of stick by what l said but l need to learn that not everyone needs to hear my opinion … even though they did !

Not the wrong group chat but I left a rather sarcastic message to someone (that I didn’t know) on Instagram calling them a smelly skeffer (which they were in fairness) using the work/business Instagram account which I was social manager for rather than my personal one 🙈🤣
