It depends how deep those targets are.

Yes. And it is early days. It’s more the point that for the assessment to have been leaked it has to exist. Which means the US do have an initial assessment that suggests that they haven’t really set Iran’s plans back by much. If it didn’t exist the claims would be made up not leaked.

By arguing that the claim has been leaked Leavitt is admitting that assessment exists. Which I’m not sure was what she meant to do.
