I mean, I can feel sorry for her but who wants a Chancellor blubbing in the commons? It hardly inspires confidence.

People are unhappy, his party are unhappy and they have done so many u turns it’s embarrassing.
Lets start again and let the people decide if we want to keep going with a party that seems to be in chaos and we had this with the conservatives for years , but none of their party were crying on tv and they did stick to their guns or just replace the leaders, which isn’t much better I know.
( I’ve never voted conservative myself by the way )

There’s no way it’s worth it to Reeves to see this out. This is on the leader, his arrogance will see him push on.

Spokesperson blaming personal reasons. I hope she resigns for her own sake. Then I hope she throws Starmer under the blame bus on her way out. Truss was responsible for her budget, Starmer is responsible for his.

Ive just seen this on another thread. I dont know if any of you remember the debacle in the early days of this government over AZ? Labour refused to honour a commitment made by the tories. That decision has just come home to roost. The largest company in the UK is leaving.
