it depends on if yoy like your job, but generally the sooner the better. Mid to late 50s if can.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm mildly sensitive to some kinds of plasters, but I only remember that when I have to have blood taken.

Best friends, friends, people I’m friendly with, casual acquaintances. Like a dartboard (ish) - inner circle, filtering out.

Too cold to sleep, definitely! You can always pile layers on/vow to organise yourself better next time. Very little you can do once you've got too hot.
