Says RFK is heading towards the UK system, with no chemicals in beef.

We can buy whichever beef we want from the US... so that's probably none then.

SCOOP: UK has agreed to accept 13,000 tonnes of US beef — BUT has to be high-quality beef and UK farmers get THE SAME access to US market. That amount is ~1.5 % of the UK beef market.

Honestly, it may be a small amount right now but you know they are going to keep pushing for more. Labour have already shown how little they think of the farming/agriculture sector in this country...

Labour is looking at a more important deal with the EU, lowering food standards would scupper that.

In 'normal' circumstances I'd say that 'lil Marco' had 'the minimum acceptable amount' of experience to speak to Pakistan since at least he worked on the Foreign Relations Ctme during his time in Congress.
