What are you doing with your leftover lamb today?

I've got enough for about 6 people left. I'm thinking gyros but I'm not fully convinced yet.

The dogs I’m afraid . They always share a full roast with us and finished off the lamb in their tea tonight . Once I’ve enjoyed a meal I can’t bare faffing around with leftovers

Moussaka

Chopped finely and used in the meat sauce for the hairy bikers' moussaka. It works really well.

Sandwiches in French bread with lots of lettuce and mint sauce. Sadly we have no leftovers- we have a son and a son in law!

I did that with last weeks, couldn’t resist the half price lamb. Today I did a korma and it was disappointing :/

Cut ours up, threw it in a pan, seasoned with Chinese 5 spice, added some hoi sin sauce, made it crispy. Shoved it in mini wraps with spring onions and more hoi sin… absolutely fantastic 😄
