There are many Democratic Legislators and public figures holding 'Town Hall' meetings in GOP constituencies across the US. They're just not as well known as AOC and Bernie. The response has been tremendous from both Dem and GOP constituents with packed rooms, overflow rooms, and people listening on speakers from outside.
There was one held in my own Congressional District after a disastrous virtual one held by 'our' Rep in which no one could seem to get a call to go through to ask questions. Strange that, no?
The fact still remains that we are in uncharted territory. The only recourse is to the courts and those cases won't be resolved until they get to SCOTUS.
What else is our option? A Jan 6 style insurrection? Do you really think Scrotus would hesitate to order out the Natl Guard or the Military with orders to shoot? I certainly don't. And he is stacking the upper echelons of the Pentagon with his MAGA allies in the military to be sure any such orders would be carried out.
Smarter minds than his planned this all out. He's just the stooge they're using and he doesn't even realize it.
