And tonight when DH and me were cooking dinner there was a loud knock at the door and they walked in!!!!!!

They were due to arrive a week later for two weeks...so they told us , but are actually here for three and wanted to surprise us, and their sister who had a baby 3 weeks ago.

I am just so bloody happy. To hear their voices and see DD2 and DS2's faces when they saw them (just DD1 to go as she lives further away but she rang me, and DS1 answered the phone ).

Amazing! My DB lives in Australia and I hadn’t seen him for two years until a few weeks ago. Before that it had been four years thanks to Covid. We are as close as we can be given the distance so I really miss him!
