Harvey's been told he needs to find a new residential care placement.

I've always had such a soft spot for that boy. His whole life, even before he was born, has been chaotic. I don't think he's ever had the stability he needs to thrive.

I feel bad for his siblings too. It must be a difficult burden for them to come to terms with.

As for Katie, well my heart goes out to her too. She's not perfect, but she's been treated badly by so many of her men, and the media generally.

It's all her dead pets that I feel sorry for. Harvey's social worker will find him another placement which is able to meet his needs.

I have no sympathy for his mother or the way she exploits him and has made him famous without his consent.

I have no sympathy for that woman. She has earned millions over the years to have made no provision for her son who will never live independently is criminal.

Zero sympathy for her. She’s not a victim, she’s a div much of the time who knows exactly what she is doing. I do feel sorry for Harvey in that he was lumbered with two dysfunctional parents. At least the other kids have their dads.

Do you know what always puzzles me, many posters on MN say they hate the Mail, don’t read it etc yet so many threads are started with links to DM articles.

As for Katie Price I have limited sympathy for her.

I doubt that Katie Price even has a manager, let alone a PR team, at this stage. In case you missed it, she's completely lost her media career, brand empire, and connections.

She also has quite serious mental health problems. I doubt Mumsnet is her priority right now.

Katie Price seems to have been consistently off the rails for over a decade. I think it's sad that's she's ended up the way she is, but I don't have much sympathy for her personally

Her kids and animals...and maybe some of the people she owes money to who will never get their money back, yes

Not that I agree with her lifestyle mind, or her obsession with fame.

She knows exactly what she is doing, and why she does it. Horrible woman who kills her animals via neglect. She shows her new animals on Instagram to garner a response, to keep in the news. Ridiculous piece of work who had it all and couldn't grow old gracefully

Yes I will blame the mother. Yes the father is absolutely disgusting for not wanting anything to do with Harvey but that means as a mother you need to step up and provide for your child. And she hasn’t and that is also disgusting

Yep.

Pisses me off when people go on about her MH problems - millions of people have MH problems and don't neglect their animals or behave in the way she does.

She has lived through a life of sexual assault as a child, being exploited by media and ex husbands.

She clearly isn't well herself and I feel sorry for her. I can't imagine the stress of having to care for Harvey and knowing she is his only carer.

Has she always made the right choices? No. But she screams someone who struggles severely with their mental health and needs help

I don’t sympathise with KP but my heart aches for Harvey. He has had a campaign of abuse for years on end and so much instability. KP has earned more than enough over the years to have set him up for life in a stable environment he could thrive in. The same for all her other children too, she chose to live a life of luxury, now bankrupt by her own doing. Kids shouldn’t be used for fame.

I didn't know she neglected her pets, that's so sad but not surprising as she's a vile woman, I have no sympathy for her at all.
