Harvey's been told he needs to find a new residential care placement.

I've always had such a soft spot for that boy. His whole life, even before he was born, has been chaotic. I don't think he's ever had the stability he needs to thrive.

I feel bad for his siblings too. It must be a difficult burden for them to come to terms with.

As for Katie, well my heart goes out to her too. She's not perfect, but she's been treated badly by so many of her men, and the media generally.

Oh come off it OP. As recently as last month she was hawking around a TV show about her IVF journey.

She was whining Harvey was losing his place but I can't see why he can't live with her. She's farmed the poor boy out all his life.

Some benighted social worker somewhere, not Katie, will be trying to locate another place for Harvey. I truly pity them as they have to deal with her.

If she can afford the thousands for IVF, she can afford private therapy for her ‘mental health’ issues. The trouble is; she can’t prioritise and let’s face it, IVF makes far more entertaining and lucrative TV for her than a proper counselling session.

I just have a feeling, and wouldn’t be surprised to read one day that she is found dead. I know that is an awful prophecy, but she doesn’t seem to have any filter or self regulation in her pursuit and lust for fame and notoriety.

I read somewhere that his father has provided for him financially as he’s grown up. I suspect that if that’s true his mother snorted it up her nose.

Thank fuck she didn’t get pregnant.

Can't stand the woman, didn't Jett and Bunny get removed from her care (and there dads) She seems to give zero fucks for anyone but herself. I remember watching her reality show when she was pregnant with Harvey, and as a newborn. She was disgusting even back then, dragging a baby around playboy bunny shoots and pissed up holidays with any man that would have her. She's completely self obsessed and all of her children deserve better.

Has she always made the right choices? No. But she screams someone who struggles severely with their mental health and needs help

Millions of people struggle with their mental health and don't drive illegally, neglect their animals to death and behave in the way she does. I get so sick of "MH struggles" being wheeled out as an excuse for shit behaviour.

If she's had trauma then she should go and get herself some support. It's not like she can't afford it

How she treats Harvey is appalling. I am sure he did not consent to her recent snap chat picture where he was naked from the waist down with his penis blurred out while sat on a chair on an incontinence pad. That is the depths she will sink to, to exploit her disabled son.

If a father did a quarter of what she does to Harvey he would be rightly vilified, and yet idiots come out saying she is mother of the bloody year.

Harvey should be better protected by social services as currently he is being used without his consent by his so called mother.

Have no sympathy for her whatsoever. I cannot believe she's got another poor puppy. Lost custody of her kids and bankrupt for the 4th time? Yet still jets abroad for treatment.

In regards to he IVF documentary, I would imagine Channel 4 paid for the treatment as part of her fee?

As far as I've read, she has to hand over a huge chunk or her earners to her creditors, so I doubt she has the spare money for the likes of IVf.

Hasn't she just had even more plastic surgery?

A while back wheeling him out during on of her PA at a nightclub was a new low even by her in the gutter standards.

Even if we are to accept that argument, what about the cosmetic surgeries, trips abroad, and so forth, let alone the ethics of the children that could potentially be further dragged into this awful circus? You are defending the indefensible here and I think you know it.

She’s a car crash of a human being. Like a lot of women she has been an inadequate parent, who kept on having children and it’s very sad for all involved. I have got a very disabled relative in my life and know the strain and heartache of this. I think professional care for Harvey is the right thing for all involved and the last thing that should happen is that he go home.

Why on earth was she filmed having IVF? She's got loads of kids.

I suspect his father's got a bit of cash down the back of the sofa that could fund it.

And most of them have been taken off her by the courts! The 2 with Andre were when they were younger and the youngest 2 last year and now living with a paternal relative.

Probably because the older children are no longer able to be manipulated to do her will.

And lets face it the ones she had with Peter would probably get more interest then her, with their natural youth and looks.

Wow this thread is really enlightening. I had no idea about half of this stuff. I've only ever seen her praised online as such a great mum to Harvey, though I always felt inside that things didn't add up.

Comment on the DM article saying that she has a court date in April and is conveniently finding reasons that she won’t be able to attend (because she’ll be caring for Harvey).

I think it’s more likely that she’s wheeling out reasons to mitigate any possible custodial sentence. Probably looking to dodge jail by proclaiming that she’s a sole carer for him.

Lots of famous people or influencers with disabled children or family members really do over share some very personal details in the spirit of "awareness" in my opinion. Harvey has had every one of his diagnosis out for public consumption since his birth.
I've seen online sen children have their personal hygiene or incontinence discussed to the whole Internet when they have absolutely no capacity to agree to that.
I use MN to discuss my own child with disabilities with other parents who understand the struggle and I understand theirs, but the idea of sharing my ds story when people could picture him or knew who I was talking about would feel like I was hugely infringing on his privacy.
Whenever I see Harvey who reminds me so much of very vulnerable people I've cared for, being shared and being either adored by strangers who are overly familiar and invested it makes me feel a bit weird or worse he is ridiculed and the punch line of jokes, it's just unfair. That man didn't choose the limelight. He deserves privacy and respect, he gets neither.
Harvey Price is either infantalised by people who have no idea how complex he may be or mocked by people who are less intelligent than yeast.
