Clearly a move to frighten law firms/lawyers off of representing the people they want to go after. It's particularly chilling as there are only a limited number of lawyers with the necessary levels of security clearance to have access to all the information in these cases (not that they care about security clearances for their own cabinet appointees).

I'm assuming it's a legal treaty backed by the USA rather than the back of a fag packet. Zelenskyy is not a fool (unlike Putin's orange baby).

I think the strategy here is the realisation that it's quicker to get rich by making everyone else poorer than it is by actually acquiring wealth.

Wealth acquisition must work on a non-linear basis. Presumably the more you have the longer it takes to acquire exponentially less.Obviously when you have nearly all the money in the world it must take longer to get an extra 1% than it does if you only have most of the money in the world.

Trump would believe that having all the money in the world is a proxy for being King of the world.

How would that even work at the immigration desk? Don't they need to get a visa or an ESTA to set foot on US soil? At this rate all criminals would get some diplomatic immunity to visit or remain in the US. Might as well give Putin US citizenship and be done with it.
