I'm having stew. I made it last night so it's gonna be a simple case of sourdough/ wheaten bread with nice lurpack on it.

Marinated some chicken in butter chicken sauce last night and then opted for an impromptu late night solo shop so I will likely grab a light bite at a tapas place and have the chicken in a sandwich tomorrow

DH's cooking me steak, new potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and onion rings. We are out tomorrow for drinks with friends so it's our Valentine treat meal and will be having wine too.

I've been home all day so could have made something - but I'm getting the left over turkey from Christmas pie out of the freezer in stead.

Shepherd pie... but with cauliflower cheese instead of mash.

We had a cafe visit today for lunch and had a big bowl of Carrot & Sweet Potato Soup each , their homemade bread ( shared ) and a Cheese Scone ( shared )

It's made us change what were were going to have as still full from lunch time so a revised one of :
Toast & avocado with tomatoes & bacon , and we got Banana & White Chocolate Brownie from the cafe as take out.

Probably scrambled eggs and avocado. I’m just over norovirus and trying not to stress out my stomach too much.

We just add fried beef mince to this recipe, and use microwave rice. We use red pepper instead of green and don't bother with the spring onion. So good!
