What's for dinner tonight folks?

I'm having stew. I made it last night so it's gonna be a simple case of sourdough/ wheaten bread with nice lurpack on it.

Beige dinner tonight - battered fish fillets from the freezer, a mish mash of homemade chips and freezer potato rosti, and baked beans. Just trying to get through the freezer bits and the last couple of potatoes before our big food shop comes on Saturday. And then my DS didn't want fish so he's getting some leftover chicken and sweet potato korma from the freezer with the rosti/chips. A bit random tonight!

Just a quick tea tonight - oven baked cod in breadcrumbs with air fryer chips and peas!

Butternut squash and cannellini bean lasagne with roasted leftover squash that the dc will ignore so I will have to eat it all myself.

Fishfinger rolls, with salad and herby wedges!

This white bolognese. Hoping it’s nice!

Home made cheese burgers, fennel slaw, sweet potato wedges, various condiments on the side.

Ham salad sandwich. Boring I know, but that’s what I fancied. Lovely thick white bread 😋

Chicken and chorizo risotto, can't wait!

Going out for Turkish, will probably have a few mezze, not really up for a big meal but meeting a good friend

Chicken casserole, mash, cabbage and peas.

Halloumi and fajita veg wraps, with a peanut butter Kit Kat and a glass of cold Sauvignon to wash it down 🫣

Salmon teriyaki in broth with noodles and veg. Quick and easy.

Chicken schnitzel, cauliflower mash, steamed pumpkin, steamed green beans.

It was a winner, except the DC hated the cauliflower mash.

mushroom risotto with broad beans

Prawn, courgette and asparagus linguine. Good old Hello Fresh takes the mental load out of meal planning (although I don't really agree with eating asparagus out of season...)

It was in last month’s Good Housekeeping magazine. It was delicious but very very rich.

@Allthegoodnamesarechosen Hiow do you create/flavour your crab dish? Do you buy it fresh or in tins? Sounds delicious with avocado!

Teriyaki salmon with noodles for me, and chicken stir fry for DH.

Wild boar and apple sausages, mash, onion gravy. And he's making it, hurrah!

Shepherds pie with sliced potatoes on top and peas.
