Tues: lamb chops, cous cous with lemon and parsley, Greek salad.
Weds: turkey curry (there are still two meal sized portions in the freezer!)
Thurs: omelette and salad (chips for dh)
Fri: Salmon fillets, asparagus, new potatoes with hollandaise.
Then it starts all over again from Saturday.
Saturday: Turkey bol and salad
Sunday: roast - probably pork
Monday: stir fry with leftover pork
Tues: chicken breasts stuffed with mozzarella, and sun dried Tom's with spinach and baked potatoes slices.
Weds: stuffed peppers, with the turkey bol and rice.
Thurs: liver and bacon, a green veg and mash
Fri: smoked haddock Florentine
