Feel better soon, cardi

Totally understand that awful feeling of being cold to the bone it’s horrible hope you feel better very soon, also Pointy ear infections are the pits💐
another one who fears for Jess Phillips, if this rhetoric keeps growing & Jenrick is throughly dangerous man he is just as bad if not more than Tommy Robinson & his ilk, Labour really need to get a grip on the comms & MN over the last few days has been very very depressing.
Dexra wishing your Dh a speedy recovery also hope you are feeling a bit better.

I just came to post about that the Must comment about Farage!

That's going to send some of the posters from the last few days into a tail spin!

Their new poster boy talking down Farage!

!

Nigel Farage smiles next to Elon Musk at their meeting at Mar-A-Lago last month

Elon Musk calls for Nigel Farage to be replaced as Reform UK leader

The billionaire has been rumoured to be considering a multi-million pound donation to Reform UK.

Possibly a stupid question but why do we think Musk is trying to completely destabilise UK politics?
Him having a go at Labour I can understand, but why is he undermining Farage? Surely if he pisses everyone off he'll lose any support and hence any influence?
Just a thought but could he just be really dim...

Genius (love Larry ❤️)

It's not just UK politics, he is busy interfering in Germany too.

The ketamine dose must be high

Grumpy I’m with you, why is he doing it, just because he can what is his agenda?

Cheguevarahamster · 05/01/2025 15:06

I honestly think that Musk won't last the year, the amount of drugs he's taking.

dontcallmelen · 05/01/2025 15:09

Ahh I didn’t realise he was taking drugs, that could explain a lot.

Works for me.

Edited - just realised that sounds like the drugs work for me! 😂

SerendipityJane · 05/01/2025 15:10

A right wing maniac pumped up on drugs ? Unprecedented !

TooBigForMyBoots · 05/01/2025 15:16

Happy New Year everyone.😁

SerendipityJane · 05/01/2025 15:26

I usually would avoid Twitter, however the comments on Farages own account are priceless. A lot of Reformers agreeing with his Muskness (apparently 🤔)

Can Nigel pull this one back ? He's doubled down on not supporting Yaxley Lennon.

Meanwhile, the MAGA contingent in Congress are tabling some "requests" which are backed by more than 9 representatives. If you've been following the drama, it only takes 9 votes to remove Speaker Johnson.

he has confirmed this in interviews, apparently he is “almost always” sober during his late-night posting sessions on X

I do not think that is how ketamine works. It’s a horse tranquiliser that can make you incontinent

I came across it quite a bit in drug services. The effects on the bladder are horrible.

Who knew that courting billionaires would mean they want to call the shots?

Fair play to Farage. He might be an odious twat but at least he's an odious twat with standards.

One of the few times I am pleased to see Farage on the BBC. Although I suspect not as much as Farage would rather not be on the BBC for once in his life.

If nothing else, Musk has made UK media a little bit dangerous for our own would be Fuhrer Farage (what is it about comic book villains that they attract alliteration ?).

Amazingly, it seems there is some value in Stephen Yaxley-Lennon after all. Funny old world.

Rather than bunging Reform £100million I think Musk could probably form a new party for £10million, and simply transfer any Reform subscribers (remember: they aren't members) with a fresh faced gobshite at the helm. If so, I really hope he chooses Lozza "the Fox". Admittedly because I have loads of F-based alliterations I'd be loath to waste.

Efacsen · 05/01/2025 16:08

So even being one of the richest men in the world won't save you
