According to TMZ Blake Lively is suing Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us’.

According to the lawsuit, a meeting was held in regards to the hostile work environment. Blake demanded that Baldoni stop showing nude videos or images of women to her, no more mention of Baldoni's alleged previous "pornography addiction," no more discussions about sexual conquests in front of Blake and others, no further mentions of cast and crew's genitalia, no more inquiries about Blake's weight, and no further mention of Blake's dead father and no more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by Blake outside of the script Blake approved when signing onto the project.

Baldoni’s representative have denied the allegations and state this is an effort for Blake to rehabilitate her recent poor image.

She’s an embarrassment- trying to save face as fans really went against her

It’s awful if he has been inappropriate and sexually harassed her. But the timing of it all does seem suspicious considering she has really fallen in popularity over the last year. Unless he has something to do with orchestrating the campaign against her?

Really? I thought we supported women here? What she's done in the past doesn't affect the fact she's been sexually harassed by a co-worker.

MissRachelismycoparent · 22/12/2024 00:38

I thought there would be more about this on here. There was obviously a lot of tension during the PR about the film.

Rosienose · 22/12/2024 00:52

He’s been behind most of the negative stories about her!

Here's an interesting link.
Seems like it's the same PR Manager who represented Johnny Depp

I don’t blame her for suing him. But I think if she didn’t behave the way she did, she wouldn’t have the terrible reputation she does now. I’m basing that opinion on the video of her being awful in an interview.
People are quick to bring any celebrity with an over sized ego back to earth.

That doesn't mean support unconditionally especially when there is reason to question the validity of the accusations.

He sounds awful, but she sounds awful too. Who knows what happened. The timing is suss tho. No doubt influenced by her crisis management team

Enough4me · 22/12/2024 01:25

The writings is on the wall with Johnny Depp's team. Messages under female names slating her will appear everywhere, saying she's boring, too serious, can't take a joke, doesn't matter what he did because she's an X, Y and Z.

Yes this is what will happen.
We need to back Blake in this, even if she has done a few stupid things. Hopefully this humbles her.

I won’t watch anything with Jony dickhead in it now. And have made a point to watch anything with Amber Heard.

I can believe that there are some corners of the celebrity world who have trolls and stooges on big gossip sites carefully feeding a line or two about someone which people then pick up and run with. Alternatively people who feed things to sites like TMZ etc.

If people don't like someone they're more inclined to believe negative news about them.

What did she do in the interview?

If you google it, it should be easy to find. She was very rude, mean girl behaviour in an interview. It really put me off her. But I will always back a woman when a man acts like this.

If you read the details of what she's alleging went on, regardless of her behaviour in an interview you will be compelled to take her side.

Absolutely. I think she should sue him.

Seems strange that out of the 1,000s of interviews she will have done in her lifetime the only thing they can find is one 10 second clip that they are playing on loop.

If you buy into to that, you are being played.

This is not about an ego. this is about an aggressive inappropriate dickhead who thinks her can do what he wants and then run a smear campaign.

So women never lie ever, because someone is a woman we just have to blindly believe what they say automatically?

I have no idea if this is true or lies but no I don't buy this 'sisterhood' thing of women are all saints and just because they say something it has to be true

Valhalla17 · 22/12/2024 02:56

I don't believe anything she says. It's all contrived to try and repair her image.

She was co-director on the film, they clashed and she brought her superstar husband to attempt to get her own way on set. Her poor attitude, disregard for the seriousness of this film around DV and focus on creating herself as some kind of SJP fashion icon in the movie was damaging through the film release and she set out to tarnish him. Shes annoyed as she didnt get her way.

I would totally understand him asking his PR team for support and wanting to "bury her" or certainly bury the negativity she was bringing. The PR messages are totally unprofessional, but I'm not seeing anything that gives evidence of his "misconduct".

I don’t disagree with you at all. But the clip wouldn’t be circulating if she didn’t act like that. And she was awful.

Pancakeorcrepe · 22/12/2024 06:24

They both sound horrible to work with albeit in different ways.

ohfook · 22/12/2024 07:33

Yes that NY times link is an important read to get the full context. JB has essentially set out to destroy her reputation ahead of this so her allegations can't gain any traction.

It's interesting that JB used the same PR firm that also worked against Amber Heard so although we sort of accept that JD was a chaotic drunk who texted his friend about killing, raping and burning his wife, AH remains the one who is considered unlikeable. They are very good at their jobs although the texts also highlight how willing people are to hate on a woman even for fairly innocuous reasons.

queenofarles · 22/12/2024 08:28

Im just shocked the level of control some PR companies can have over SM , as for the allegations mentioned on NYT it’s one sided. Some of it during filming.
