Snowing here in West Yorkshire, big fluffy flakes, due to snow all night.

North Oxford, covering to gardens, not settling on roads.

Whats the weather like in Northampton and the surrounding towns?

I honestly think DH was more excited than the kids - he's mourning that he has to WFH and can't go for a walk! The schools are still open so the kids have gone in (they weren't happy!), but DH is so sad for them! 😂 Thick on the ground today so we'll be building snowmen after school! Or snow Vikings, apparently haha! ⛄️

I got up at 9am and found it's snowed in Tamworth 20 miles North of Birmingham. It's still snowing lightly now. The weather forecast for my area was rain.

It's melted enough on the roads here thank goodness. Hopefully that means my boiler part is getting nearer to this freezing house brrrrr

I love this. I am a Northerner living in the South but getting back home as soon as I buy a house. My children are scattered all around the country and all have snow. I don't.

Barely anything here where I am in the West Midlands, roads are clear, even estate roads, but my driving test for this lunchtime has been cancelled.
So pissed off as the rescheduled date I’ve been emailed isn’t until late March!

It's all melting now, but I've just had a WhatsApp weather alert to say more is on the way... Wish I could say the same for my bloody heating engineer!!! He's got an hour and ten minutes left!!! 🤣

Snow in the Peak District this morning 🥶

That's very unusual, the Woodhead used to be where we went when the Snake was closed!

They did close Snake today after all. Usually Snake is the first to close.

I recall 2010, we had just moved to Norfolk and had some of the heaviest snow they'd ever seen, we had a small bird table in the garden that had a deeper and deeper 'wedding cake' on it as the days progressed.

Surely that should be cardigan, what sort of wuss wears a big coat in the North?

Had a sprinkling here in Harrow North West London this morning. Its bloody freezing here now though ,but would love a full blown white out! brings out the inner child in me! Love snow!
